Educational Background: After finishing my Voluntary Ecological year in a village near Augsburg/South Germany I studied Fine Art (Media Option) in London, then went to work as an assistant with a photographer in Salvador da Bahia and stayed in Brasil to document a music project in Recife/Pernambuco...back home i carried on to study Portugese and Ethnology in Berlin where i am still living right now

My Symbol of biodiversity: One of the trees from the 'Schachten' - a grass area on our local mountains in Bavaria which are older than 100 years and still alive although they carry the weigth of snow for over 4 months during the year...
My motivation for participating: The love i have for the place i was born in and the care i want to take to protect it...to be able to share it's beauty with other people
